This week in celebrity real estate, former presidential candidate and current Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson has sold his Florida golf course retreat, albeit for less than his original asking price. Also, the penthouse of Irving Berlin, a titan of Broadway and the man behind "God Bless America," and "White Christmas" among others, hit the market in Manhattan for $7.9 million.
